WEEK ONE
- Monday: Easy Roast Chicken (use the carcass to make bone broth!)
- Tuesday: Mexican Lasagna is a total blast from the past! (slow cooker or stove)
- Wednesday: Leftovers or something simple from the freezer/pantry/fridge.
- Thursday: Avocado Breakfast Burrito and Sweet Potato Fries
- Friday: Pizza and Salad
- Saturday: Grilled Chicken, Roasted Brussels, Buttered Pasta
- Sunday: Foil Wrapped French Dip Sandwiches and Crudités
WEEK TWO
- Monday: Creamy Coconut Salmon Curry Bowl
- Tuesday: Korean Beef Tacos
- Wednesday: Leftovers or something simple from the freezer/pantry/fridge.
- Thursday: Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli
- Friday: Pizza and Salad
- Saturday: Johan’s Firehouse Pasta
- Sunday: Rotissarie Chicken Salad
WEEK THREE
- Monday: Slow cooker BBQ Chicken
- Tuesday: Nachos! (use leftover chicken!)
- Wednesday: Leftovers or something simple from the freezer/pantry/fridge.
- Thursday: Pot Stickers, Rice, and Stir-Fry Veggies
- Friday: Pizza and Salad
- Saturday: Pesto Chicken Avocado Orzo Salad
- Sunday: Roasted Veggie and Turkey Bowl (or choose one of these!)
WEEK FOUR
- Monday: Slow Cooker Creamy Tortellini Veggie Soup
- Tuesday: Grilled Skirt Steak with Tomatoes and Burrata
- Wednesday: Leftovers or something simple from the freezer/pantry/fridge.
- Thursday: Slow Cooker Easy Pork Ramen
- Friday: Pizza and Salad
- Saturday: Orecchiette with Sausage and Kale Pesto (this addition was inspired by a dish I ordered on date night at En Rama last week… so good!)
- Sunday: Yummy Cheeseburgers
LOL, Waffles. Always close to anything food related.
BREAKKIE
- Waffles, Strawberries, and Protein Shake
