PAPAYA YOGURT BOATS
Serves 2
YOU’LL NEED:
- 1 papaya
- diced fruit of choice: bananas, kiwi, pineapple, mango, etc.
- berries of choice: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, etc.
- toppings of choice: granola, honey, chia seeds, cacao, heart hemp seeds, etc.
- 1-2 cups yogurt of choice (depending on the size of your papaya) — I use plain but kids like greek vanilla
HERE’S HOW:
- Cut open your papaya, scoop out the seeds, and fill with yogurt, fruit, and berries of choice. Sprinkle with toppings of choice and ENJOY!
