PAPAYA YOGURT BOATS

Serves 2

YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 papaya
  • diced fruit of choice: bananas, kiwi, pineapple, mango, etc.
  • berries of choice: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, etc.
  • toppings of choice: granola, honey, chia seeds, cacao, heart hemp seeds, etc.
  • 1-2 cups yogurt of choice (depending on the size of your papaya) -- I use plain but kids like greek vanilla

HERE'S HOW:

  • Cut open your papaya, scoop out the seeds, and fill with yogurt, fruit, and berries of choice. Sprinkle with toppings of choice and ENJOY!
