APRIL 29TH – MAY 5TH MEAL PLAN:
- PIZZA PARTY MONDAY | Homemade Pizza (on flatbread – try grilling!) and Zucchini Boats
- TACO TUESDAY | Breakfast Tacos (& Waffle Churros if we have time!)
- FAMILY FAVE WEDNESDAY | Thai Turkey Lettuce Cups
- THROWBACK THURSDAY | Leftovers :)
- BURGER & FRIES-DAY | Maid-Rites (loose meat sandwich inspired by Jess Garvin’s Reel), Fries, and Crudités
- SOCIAL SATURDAY | Wild Salmon (from Eva’s Wild), Butter Noodles, and Artichokes (again because, yum!)
- SUPPER CLUB SUNDAY/CINCO DE MAYO | Mexican Lasagna, Guac, Queso, and Chips — Have the kids make a fun dessert or drink! (Not the most authentic main dish, but we’ll be running between baseball and basketball games so need something I can prep in the morning and bake when we get home!)
- BREAKFAST | Omelets, Protein Shakes, Waffles, Energy Bites, Fruit
- SNACK & LUNCH | PB & Honey Sandwiches on Sourdough, Turkey Sandwiches, Stuffed Bell Pepper Melts, Energy Bites, Guacamole and Chips, Popcorn, Fruit, Yogurt & Granola, Hummus, Flatbread, Carrots, Grilled Chicken, Simple Quinoa, Chicken, and Diced Veggie Salad
