We’re heading into the business of the Christmas Season and nothing makes life easier than having a meal plan that’s doable and a kitchen that’s stocked! Here’s what we’re eating this week!
- SLOW COOKER MONDAY | Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin, Spring Mix Salad, and Roasted Potatoes
- TACO TUESDAY | DIY Chipotle Burrito Bowl
- FAMILY FAVE WEDNESDAY | Ground Turkey Lettuce Cups (Serve with rice for a “bowl” style meal!)
- THROWBACK THURSDAY | Leftovers
- PIZZA PARTY FRIDAY | Takeout Pizza and this Spring Mix and Chickpea Salad
- CROWD SOURCED SATURDAY | Slow Cooker Thai Chicken Soup over Noodles (have the kids make a side, fun drink, or dessert!)
- COZY SUNDAY | Chicken Parm
- BREAKFAST | Avocado Toast, Zucchini Feta Frittatas, and Soft Scrambled Eggs
- LUNCH | The usual Turkey or PBJ Sandwiches, whatever fruit looks good at the store, yogurt, & snacks!
‘Tis the season to rally, and I hope this helps! A few tips that make a difference for me: a little prep goes a long way, starting early and cleaning as I go, hitting play on a good playlist, having regular grocery shopping days (usually Monday and Thursday), and displaying our plan as a visual reminder. Shop our meal and daily planners for an added boost!
