String cheese wrapped in sliced Turkey has always been a go to when I need some easy protein, but recently decided to try other fillings and they turned out so good I had to share! Let me know if you try these Mediterranean Turkey Roll Ups (in the comments below or @raeannkelly).
MEDITERRANEAN TURKEY ROLL UPS
This snack (or lunch) is packed with protein and nutrients and is full of flavor!
YOU’LL NEED:
- Sliced deli turkey meat
- Sprouts (I used alfalfa & broccoli sprouts)
- Kalamata olives, sliced
- Avocado, Sliced
- Feta cheese, crumbles
HERE’S HOW:
- Lay the turkey out on a cutting board or work surface. Layer with sprouts, olives, avocado, and fet. Roll up and enjoy!
- Note: use toothpicks to hold turkey in palce if needed.
