MEDITERRANEAN TURKEY ROLL UPS

This snack (or lunch) is packed with protein and nutrients and is full of flavor!

YOU'LL NEED:

  • Sliced deli turkey meat
  • Sprouts (I used alfalfa & broccoli sprouts)
  • Kalamata olives, sliced
  • Avocado, Sliced
  • Feta cheese, crumbles

HERE'S HOW:

  • Lay the turkey out on a cutting board or work surface. Layer with sprouts, olives, avocado, and fet. Roll up and enjoy!
  • Note: use toothpicks to hold turkey in palce if needed.
