MEDITERRANEAN TURKEY ROLL UPS
This snack (or lunch) is packed with protein and nutrients and is full of flavor!
- Sliced deli turkey meat
- Sprouts (I used alfalfa & broccoli sprouts)
- Kalamata olives, sliced
- Avocado, Sliced
- Feta cheese, crumbles
Lay the turkey out on a cutting board or work surface. Layer with sprouts, olives, avocado, and fet. Roll up and enjoy!
Note: use toothpicks to hold turkey in palce if needed.
