Not sure I could possibly express (without sounding like a weirdo) how crazy I am over this quick and easy(ish), closet transformation. Wondering if it was the simplicity of it or the use of baskets that makes me most happy, but either way I’m pretty smitten. It has me looking for other random nooks and crannies around the house, that could use some sprucing up! Here’s a peek at the before along with some inspiration. Keep scrolling for all the other details!
LINEN CLOSET SOURCES:
- Rolling cart from Wayfair.
- Small rug from Target (might need some rug tape to hold down corners).
- Baskets and bin clips from Container Store.
- Chalk markers for writing on bin clips.
SIDE NOTE: the inside of the bins are waterproof which is so nice and they’re very sturdy and hold their shape! Some of the birch bin clips however, have fallen off and need a little super glue to get them to stay. Otherwise, they’re great!
Next project will be the pantry! Ashley’s coming next week to help pull it all together (she did the kids’ closets last spring!) and I can hardly wait. Curious if you guys like the before (plus inspiration) and after in separate posts or together?
In some ways I’ve been dreading having to get back into a routine (although craving it at the same time). Checking a few things off my SPACES THAT NEED ORGANIZING list, helps me feel a little more ready to maintain a stricter schedule. Do you find the two things go hand-in-hand for you too?
