Can we get a slow clap for the extra three and half minutes of daylight we’re gaining each day? It’s getting me excited for grilling season (among other spring things), but in the meantime I’ve committed myself to 2 more weeks that include cozy dinners because I know I’ll miss them when they’re gone!

- SUPPER CLUB SATURDAY | Mediterranean Turkey Burgers (have the kids make a side, fun drink, or dessert… our boys have been big into making homemade ice cream!)
- COZY SUNDAY | Perfect Pot Roast
On a totally different side note, I had an epiphany over the weekend about how luxurious it is to be able to make healthy, fresh, and yummy food at home in a fully functioning kitchen with access to more recipes then I could try in a lifetime. The only thing more luxurious would be having a personal chef, which kinda says a lot. Going to channel that mindset and energy into this week’s meals and hope it adds some magic and a sense of accomplishment to the process.
