Here’s what we’re eating this week… or at least a rough draft of sorts for meals this week since we’ll be running around for the 4th and then dividing and conquering over the weekend with kid stuff. For the purposes of sharing an actual menu, I’ve divided things by day, however I’m mostly using this weeks menu as a guide for what to keep stocked in the kitchen so it’s easier to throw dinner together when needed. That being said, the Greek Chicken Meatball Bowls are so good so had to add them to the beginning of the week!
JUNE 17TH – 23RD MEAL PLAN:

- TGIF | Leftovers or Takeout (and a Picnic!)
- SOCIAL SATURDAY | Skillet Chicken Parmesan with Gnocchi
- SUPPER CLUB SUNDAY | Breakfast for Dinner (Dad’s Omelets)
- BREAKFAST | Egg Bites, Granola, Berries, and Yogurt, Smoothies and Sausage
- SNACK & LUNCH | Snack Plates, Turkey Sandwiches, Stuffed Bell Pepper Melts, Energy Bites, Popcorn, Fruit, Pretzels, Carrots, Cucumber, and Hummus
