10 out of 10 recommend adding some half & half or cream to Poppi or Olipop Soda (or similar) to make a updated version of the Italian Soda — My personal childhood favorite. They aren’t as brightly colored as traditional Italian sodas, but they taste like creamsicle’s and don’t come with a sugar high and eventual crash. (Side note: the Poppi flavor we had left in the fridge had no color which is why the drink above is white, but most of the flavors are colored and end up being a pastel shade after adding cream.)
Pairs well with sliced oranges (immune boost), Pistachios (fiber), Popcorn topped with grass fed butter (magnesium, complex carbs, and healthy fat), and chomps (protein)! Let me know if you give it a try!
