DAILY LOOK: DENIM TRY-ON

No closet is complete without a few pairs of jeans that you LOVE and feel great in. However finding *the* pair has its challenges. Here are 4 options, in varying styles, to try! I added all of my *sizing and any other details I thought would be helpful. Hope you find something that makes getting dressed and feeling good, enjoyable and effortless! *For reference, I’m 5’7″ and 140 lbs.

MADEWELL 90’s STRAIGHT JEAN: Wearing my usual madewell size (27) and they fit a little more snug than on the model, but still comfortable and flattering, and they’re supposed to “break-in” over time. Have already worn multiple times and love! A good basic and the weight of the denim is perfect fro spring and cooler summer days.
LEVIS CHAPS: Wearing a 28 (30 length) and they fit perfectly and are so fun! For reference, I have a different style of 501’s in size 28 and rarely wear them because they’re too big, so would definitely say these run small and the denim holds you in and doesn’t stretch at all. Love these as a way to add character to a simple outfit.
LEVIS RIBCAGE WIDE-LEG: Have these in the ankle length in size 27 and love them. They’re a sup high waist and really cute. However, I’m not feeling the color I chose in this style (fairy dust dreams – thought it was a off/canvas white but actually a light blue-brown color) and the sizing feels a little tricky to me. Going to size down one to a 27 (I sized up so they’d fit a little more baggy, but weren’t as flattering). Overall they’re a fun pair to have, but not an everyday kinda pair (imo).
PISTOLA LOOSE MID-RISE CARPENTERS: Can’t get enough of a baggy wide leg jean! Purchased in a 28, but exchanging for a 27. These have the perfect mid-rise, just over the belly button and are SUPER comfortable. Perfect for mom-life, work from home, or weekends. So excited about these!
LEVIS VINTAGE OVERALLS (top image): Wear these all the time and they’re on sale at Levi’s right now. Might need a pair in the lighter wash and/or the shortalls!
WHITE TANK: Such a good basic! I should probably grab another one in a neutral color but the Raspberry sorbet color is calling my name. Wearing medium.
FAVORITE BRAS: Pepper for the small boob girls (wearing the strapless – buy this brand for Tilly too) and skims for all sizes!
