Excited for this week’s menu. Kept it simple for the first part and added some fun with homemade pasta (inspired by Tilly and her bff) later in the week!
- MONDAY | Grilled Chicken (marinade), Sweet Potato Fries, & Avocado-Tomato Salad
- TUESDAY | Easy Beef & Broccoli Bowls
- WEDNESDAY | Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese
- THURSDAY | Leftovers
- FRIDAY | Pizza & Salad
- SATURDAY | Carnitas Tacos
- COZY SUNDAY | Homemade Pasta Night (Tilly and a friend made pasta the other day like it was no-big-deal and I’m officially inspired. It was SO good, but not worth the patch of eczema it gave me so also going to try this gluten free recipe. If all goes well, there will be a pasta maker in my future!)
- MONDAY PREP | Marinate chicken, prep sweet potatoes, prep broccoli and peppers for Tuesday.
- FRIDAY PREP | Make pickled onions for Saturday tacos and pasta for Sunday. Prep salad to go with pizza.
