- MONDAY | Firehouse Sausage and Veggie Pasta
- TUESDAY | Party Nachos! Start with your favorite meat then layer on shredded cheese, sour cream, black beans, onion, avocado, cilantro, cotjita cheese, and lime wedges
- WEDNESDAY | Roasted Veggie Bowls with Fried/Hard Boiled Eggs (chicken nuggets for the kids)
- THURSDAY | Slow Cooker Chicken Marsala
- FRIDAY | Pizza (or takeout) + Simple Caesar salad (romain, lemon, olive oil, and parm)
- SATURDAY | Mediterranean Steak Bowl with Pita Bread
- SUNDAY | Leftovers or Chili + Corn Bread
- BREAKKIE | egg bites, breakfast tacos (the chickens have been LAYING like crazy!), and banana split breakfast bowl (bananas, berries, granola, sprinkles, chocolate chips, cinnamon, honey, chia seeds, shredded coconut, greek yogurt)
- LUNCH | Leftovers, tortellini’s, and turkey or PB + J sandwiches
- SNACK | Nachos, smoothies
- HAPPY HOUR | Rosemary Margarita
