Couldn’t be more excited for this month in general but especially for the yummy food, Christmas prep, and cozy vibes. Hopefully these recipes and ideas make it easier to soak up all the good stuff November has to offer… Here’s what’s on the menu!
WEEK 1
MONDAY | chicken noodle soup + grilled cheese!
TUESDAY | ranchos huevos
WEDNESDAY | Kimchi fried rice (yum)!
THURSDAY | toast for dinner — avocado + poached eggs or ricotta, arugula + fried egg for inspiration — loaded baked potatoes
FRIDAY | takeout or eat out
SATURDAY | crispy oven baked chicken strips
SUNDAY | beefy tortellini soup
WEEK 2
MONDAY | quinoa stuffed peppers
TUESDAY | this black bean soup was so good last month!
WEDNESDAY | the best pork or chicken dumplings (or whip up some frozen pot stickers!)
THURSDAY | trying one of these Mac and cheese recipes
FRIDAY | takeout or eat out
SATURDAY | slow cooker thai chicken soup or this hearty chicken noodle soup
SUNDAY | barefoot contessa’s chicken parm with salad greens and pasta or these chicken strips
WEEK 3
MONDAY | mini turkey meatloaves
W | pad thai or this really yummy slow cooker soup version
TH | tuna or chicken melt sandwiches + applesauce or glazed carrots
FRIDAY | takeout or eat out
SATURDAY | this slow cooker chili recipe was a huge hit on Halloween
SUNDAY | pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches (use leftovers for nachos tuesday night)
WEEK 4
MONDAY | chicken caesar or chopped salad
TUESDAY | loaded nachos or our fave party nachos… start with this carnitas recipe, then layer on all the yummy toppings over tortilla chips (cheese, sour cream, black beans, onion, avocado, cilantro, and cotjita cheese))
WEDNESDAY | TAKEOUT PIZZA (pizza is our “holiday eve” tradition!)
TURKEY DAY | HAPPY THANKSGIVING 🦃
FRIDAY |leftovers or takeout
SATURDAY |breakkie for dinner (eggs florentine, frittata, or find a new to you pancake recipe)
SUNDAY | turkey pot pies
BREAKFAST | pumpkin chocolate chip bars, chocolate bread, fried eggs, avocado + toast, granola or cereal, omelets (prep a bunch of stuff over the weekend to use during the week!), fruit: pomegranates, apples, pears, avocado, grapes, bananas, grapefruit + oranges are all in season
SNACK | sweet potato fries, popcorn + chocolate milk, homemade (or packaged) potato chips + dip, avocado slices, easy clean out the fridge/pantry nachos, yogurt + granola, monster apples (don’t forget to stock up on candy eyes!)
LUNCH |mac + cheese, turkey sandwiches, corn dogs, etc…. and ask the kids to make a list of all their favorite lunch fixings!

What are you looking forward to cooking or eating most this month?
I plan on perfecting a spaghetti and meatball recipe, but also can’t wait to eat the dumplings and thai soup recipes linked above… they are so good!
