It’s a big week around here with Ozzie coming home (today) and the kids getting out of school (tomorrow). Knowing that new schedules and more freedom often means that things come up and plans change, I’m always tempted to skip meal planning but unfortunately that never ends well for me. So unless everyone’s ok eating fried eggs topped with whatever I can find in the fridge, I’ll be meal planning from now until the end of summer… and then forever after that, lol. Here’s what’s on the menu this week!

- COMFORT FOOD MONDAY | Chicken Caesar Salad & Sourdough Grilled Cheese
- TACO TUESDAY | Grilled Buffalo Ranch Chicken Tacos
- FAMILY FAVE WEDNESDAY | Trader Joe’s Corn Dogs and Fruit :) (for the kids — dinner out for grownups)
- THROWBACK THURSDAY | Crispy Honey Ginger Salmon Bowl
- TGIF | Pizza Party
- SOCIAL SATURDAY | Easy Beef & Broccoli with Rice
- SUPPER CLUB SUNDAY | Trader Joe’s Crispy Sweet Potato Gnocchi & Chicken Sausage (& Cruciferous Crunch Salad)
- BREAKFAST | Sourdough Avocado Toast, Beef and Egg Scramble with Pico and Avocado, Smoothies and Sausage, Coffee and Pastry Date (celebrate last week of school!)
- SNACK & LUNCH | Snack Plates, Turkey Sandwiches, Stuffed Bell Pepper Melts, Energy Bites, Guacamole/Hummus and Chips, Popcorn, Fruit, Carrots and Cucumber
