March is fly-ing-by and life’s been feeling a little fuller lately. I don’t know about you but currently craving some fun amid the overly scheduled hustle and bustle. So here’s your reminder to play around in the kitchen, try a new recipe, turn up the music, paint something a fun color, plan a girls night, and (most importantly) make sure there’s an activity (or 10) on the calendar this week that YOU are looking forward to. Mkay? I promise to follow my own advice and am personally looking forward to the jeans I ordered arriving, Saturday night’s dinner, flowers from Trader Joe’s, and filling out our March Madness brackets.

- TACO TUESDAY | Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
- FAMILY FAVE WEDNESDAY | Loaded Mediterranean Street Fries and Chicken Skewers
- THROWBACK THURSDAY | Leftovers :)
- PIZZA PARTY FRIDAY | Homemade Pizza
- SUPPER CLUB SATURDAY | Crispy Salmon Burrito Bowls
- COZY SUNDAY | Grilled Cheese and Cali Cobb Salad
- BREAKFAST | Energy Bites, Breakfast Burritos, Fruit, Protein Pancakes, Banana Split Yogurt with Homemade Granola
- SNACK & LUNCH | Turkey Sandwiches, Energy Bites, Guacamole and Chips, Fruit, Yogurt & Granola, Cucumber, Peppers, Carrots, Homemade Ranch, Quinoa Chicken Salad (recipe coming tomorrow)
- MONDAY PREP | make energy bites and breakkie burritos – store in fridge for easy snack/breakkie/lunch. Rinse and slice fruit and veggies for lunch/snack, make ranch dip, marinate beef for monday dinner. Make marinade for Wednesday’s chicken skewers. Toss together cooked quinoa, diced rotisserie chicken, cucumber, and tomatoes. Dress with olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper. Store in fridge for easy lunch or breakfast (option: add an egg and/or avocado!).
- THURSDAY/FRIDAY PREP | Make pizza dough and prep toppings for Friday. Make all the protein for Sunday cobb salad (bacon, hard boiled eggs, chicken)
