Ohhhh, I have a good and easy week of meals for you guys! Planned everything with busy evenings, snow days (yay!), big flavors and healthy immune systems in mind. Hope it makes your week a little easier and a lot more delicious.
Here’s whats on the menu…
TU | carne asada street tacos (simplify by using the carne asada steak at costco… it does not disappoint!)
W | poke bowls (optional, buy fish from local sushi restaurant or sub for other seafood/meat)
BREAKKIE, LUNCH, SNACK | chunky monkey protein shake, after school fondu, immune boost smoothie (lots to choose from here! Also found this to be a good reminder for keeping the fam bam healthy as there’s been a nasty stomach bug going around the kids’ schools)
