ELEVATED CREAMY OATS RECIPE
YOU’LL NEED (serves 4):
2 cups coconut milk (or your favorite milk)
1 cup steel cut oats
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
Shake of Cinnamon (or pie spice)
Splash of Vanilla
Pinch of salt
YUMMY TOPPING IDEAS – peanut butter, chia seeds, shaved almonds, shredded coconut, brown sugar, honey, matcha, chocolate chips, sprinkles, berries, apples, pears, bananas…
TO MAKE:
Bring milk, oats, oil/butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until cooked (about 12 minutes). Remove from heat, divide between bowls, and add your favorite toppings!
