A little meal plan to start your week (AND SPRING!)! It’s been way too long.
- MONDAY | Cali Cobb Salad + Grilled Cheese
- TUESDAY | Slow Cooker Carnitas Tacos
- WEDNESDAY | Stuffed Peppers (we have a homemade recipe that we’ll share next month, but there are lots to choose from here!)
- THURSDAY | Pulled Pork Sliders (using leftover Carnitas)
- FRIDAY | Pizza (or takeout) + (the best) arugula salad
- SATURDAY | Muffin Tin Meatloaf (everyone’s fave) + Roasted Broccoli
- SUNDAY | Stuffed Pasta Shells (options: swap spinach for pesto for picky eaters and add rotisserie chicken!) or Lazy Girl’s Lasagna
- BREAKKIE | Overnight Oats, Bacon/Sausage, and Smoothies
- LUNCH | Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Salami Bagel Sandwiches, Fruit, + Pop Chips
- SNACK | Sweet Potato Fries, Cucumbers + Red Bell Peppers, Homemade Ranch Dip (make extra when making the Cobb salad on Monday), Salami-Cheese-Crackers, Yogurt Parfaits
- HAPPY HOUR | Aperol Spritz
