- 2. Originally purchased this BELT BAGS for running, but it works great for walks too (my iPhone is not a plus size, tho so check specs if your’s is!).
- 3. Love these BIKE SHORTS. (wear medium)
- 4. And could LIVE in this SPORTS BRA. (have in medium and small for more snug)
- 5. This YOGA MAT has lasted me years.
- 6. FOAM ROLLER that’s perfect for recovery and pilates dupe moves!
- 7. A WATER BOTTLE that doesn’t spill when you knock it over (wah-wah). Not giving up my Stanley’s, but better for workouts.
- 8. These RESISTANCE BANDS are a good addition to a bodyweight workout… perfect for lateral steps and fire hydrants (to name a few). Also great for my youth athletes!
- 9. No such thing as too many BALL CAPS.
- 10. On my 3rd pair of HOKA’S – they don’t disappoint.
What’s your favorite low-impact workout to do? I personally love to stretch for a good 15 minutes than go for a walk… Mix in a little gratitude and it’s a pretty much perfect combo.
