If you’re looking for a lunch idea that’s easy to balance and quick to throw together, try making an adult lunchable! Here’s a combo I ate last week. Been loving using bell peppers as boats for cottage cheese and then sprinkling with everything bagel season (so delicious). Also been eating dates when craving something sweet in the afternoon and a couple usually does the trick. Apples and peanut butter are my other go to.
I truly believe that good food can heal our bodies and hormones and provide us with energy for our busy days, but it’s so easy to forget… In order to have energy we have to eat energy! Most of the processed junk in the store does the opposite.
EAT GOOD, FEEL GOOD, PLAY GOOD!
