This is me when I finally visit a country where the bread doesn’t give me stomach aches and rashes :). On my quest to make all my favorite dishes gluten free over the last several months, I discovered that (with the exception of this pasta recipe) nothings the same without gluten. Especially considering the extra effort, so for now I’ll be eating my burgers without buns and skipping the grilled cheese and pizza (the dishes I miss most). If you have any tips or tricks for eating gluten free, please spill them below… Here’s the menu for the week!

- SNACK & LUNCH | PB & Honey Sandwiches on Sourdough, Turkey Sandwiches, Stuffed Bell Pepper Melts, Energy Bites, Guacamole and Chips, Popcorn, Fruit, Hummus, Flatbread, Carrots, Grilled Chicken
