In a jar or container with a lid (that you can shake), combine oats, chia seeds, nut butter, and honey. Then add milk of choice (coconut is my favorite!). TIP: instead of measuring the milk, I usually just pour until all dry ingredients are covered, not floating like cereal, but just covered.
Place lid on jar and shake well!
Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight. Good for up to 5 days, assuming the milk you used is good until then too.
To serve, top with fruit, sprinkles, shaved coconut, chocolate chips, etc. and eat straight from the jar!
