CREAMY AVOCADO PASTA RECIPE

This pasta sauce is full of flavor and healthy ingredients, and is so easy to whip together!

YOU'LL NEED:

  • 16 ounces pasta of choice (I made a homemade gf pasta I'll link in this pose)
  • 2 small avocados
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (plus more to thin sauce if needed)
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • TOPPINGS: parmesan, basil, diced tomatoes, lemon wedges (as desired)

HERE'S HOW:

  • Start preparing your pasta according to recipe or package directions.
  • Place remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding olive oil and/or water in small amounts as needed. Salt (and pepper) to taste.
  • Toss with pasta, top, and serve!
