School is always better when it starts on a Tuesda School is always better when it starts on a Tuesday šŸ¤“ā­ļø Wish I could count all the extra hours these three have spent together since last March. Thankful that they still like each other... at least enough to let me document it!

2. We made a turkey + sweet potato skillet this week and it was pure yummy heaven (linked from January meal plan otb).⁠
3. Watching Cobra Kai, Bridgerton, + House of Cards 😱⁠
4. Loving my workouts from @colleenfreesefitness -- she has lots of good options on Youtube if you want to check her out!⁠
5. Headed to Scottsdale, AZ in April for some sunshine and swimming + need ideas of things to do/see/eat if you have any!? ⁠
6. Waffles can now sit, lay, roll over, shake, + spin but is still having accidents šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø SOS⁠
7. Currently starting our mornings with Taylor's Evermore album on blast + citrus fresh, lime, + kunzea in the diffuser.⁠
8. There was a windstorm last night + lots of power outages in our area so Poppy is home from kinder today (yay!)! Making crepes for breakkie to celebrate!⁠

ELEVATED CREAMY OATS RECIPE šŸ¤šŸ„£ Easily our mo ELEVATED CREAMY OATS RECIPE šŸ¤šŸ„£ Easily our most loved breakfast during the winter months and 100% little kid approved. In Poppy's words, "It looks like dessert and tastes just as yummy!" Bookmark for safe keeping and then head to the blog for a full January Meal Plan!⁠

YOU'LL NEED (serves 4):⁠
2 cups coconut milk (or your favorite milk)⁠
1 cup steel cut oats⁠
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil or butter⁠
Shake of Cinnamon (or pie spice)⁠
Splash of Vanilla⁠
Pinch of salt⁠
YUMMY TOPPING IDEAS - peanut butter, chia seeds, shaved almonds, shredded coconut, brown sugar, honey, matcha, chocolate chips, sprinkles, berries, apples, pears, bananas...⁠

TO MAKE:⁠
Bring milk, oats, oil/butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until cooked (about 12 minutes). Remove from heat, divide between bowls, and add your favorite toppings!
