HOMEMADE AVOCADO OIL MAYONNAISE RECIPE

You’ll Need:
• 3/4 cup avocado oil
• 1 egg at room temp
• 1/4 to 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (depending on taste)
• 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Here’s How:
1. In a glass jar with lid, wide enough to fit your immersion blender, add oil, egg, mustard, vinegar, and salt.
2. Press immersion blender over the egg yoke and against bottom of jar. Turn on high for 10 seconds or until mixture begins to emulsify and thicken. Move blender around jar until ingredients are fully combined and creamy.
3. Use immediately and/or store remaining mayo in the fridge.
