HOMEMADE HAND SOAP 🧼 so simple to pour together $HOMEMADE HAND SOAP 🧼 so simple to pour together, inexpensive, & removes all the ickies without the toxins! Label, bottle, & recipe card from @ilyilyilyshop . Will link everything you need in stories (and August links highlight). YOU’LL NEED: - 2 to 3 tablespoons castle soap (we used unscented) - 2 to 3 teaspoons carrier oil ( I used fractionated coconut oil but jojoba, almond, olive, rosehip, or argan oils work!) - 10 drops essential oil or blend, we used the Sunday Scaries blend by @ilyilyilyshop (option: use a scented Castile soap and skip the essential oils) - Filtered water - 8 oz bottle with pump Pour ingredients into your pump bottle, attach pump, shake well, &wash up!$

MEDITERRANEAN TURKEY ROLL UPS:
This snack (or lunch) is packed with protein and nutrients and is full of flavor!

YOU’LL NEED:
Sliced deli turkey meat
Sprouts (I used alfalfa & broccoli sprouts)
Kalamata olives, sliced
Avocado, Sliced
Feta cheese, crumbles

HERE’S HOW:
Lay the turkey out on a cutting board or work surface. Layer with sprouts, olives, avocado, and fet. Roll up and enjoy!
Note: use toothpicks to hold turkey in palce if needed.
